Flowprise Leads is an open-source B2B search, technical website audit, and outbound productivity application developed by Flowprise (flowprise.tech).

This Privacy Policy explains how our software interacts with publicly available commercial business information, how technical website audits are performed, and how individuals or businesses can easily opt out and remove their information from our systems.

Flowprise Leads strictly extracts and indexes information that businesses have intentionally published to the public internet for commercial discovery:

• Local Business Directories & Maps: Public business trade names, published telephone numbers, store addresses, review counts, customer star ratings, and website links.
• Corporate Websites: Publicly visible contact information on company homepages and /contact pages, CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow), and active Meta Pixel or Google tag implementations.
• Search Engine Rankings: Public Google search position data (#1 through #20+) to evaluate organic search visibility and competitive ranking gaps.
• Public Corporate Profiles: Publicly listed business pages on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Extracted business records are processed solely for the following business purposes:

• Market Research & B2B Discovery: Helping agencies, consultants, and growth teams discover local commercial businesses in need of services.
• Technical Website Audits: Identifying on-page technical issues such as missing Meta Pixels, missing SSL certificates, slow loading signals, or poor Google SERP rankings.
• Email Deliverability Verification: Running real-time SMTP handshakes to ensure cold email inboxes receive valid mail and to prevent wasted emails and high bounce rates.
• CRM Organization: Allowing users to export their discovered leads to CSV or synchronize them directly with their Flowprise CRM.

Once submitted, matching entries are immediately cleared from active extraction memory and stored in a permanent suppression list so our tools will not index or display them in future searches:

We implement industry-standard technical safeguards to protect system data:

• Encryption: All external API requests and dashboard communications use TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest.
• Local-First Option: Flowprise Leads can be run entirely in your local developer environment without sending scraped prospect data to third parties.
• No Data Brokering: We never sell, lease, or monetize your contact or search lists to third-party data broker networks.

All cold email outreach sent by users of Flowprise Leads must abide by standard anti-spam regulations (including the CAN-SPAM Act):

• Accurate Header Information: Dispatched messages must clearly identify who is sending the communication.
• Non-Deceptive Subject Lines: Subject lines must truthfully reflect the commercial contents of the email.
• Valid Physical Address: Senders must include a valid physical postal address or registered business location.
• Clear Unsubscribe: Every outbound email must provide a clear mechanism for the recipient to opt out (e.g. "Reply 'stop' to be removed immediately"). Opt-out requests must be processed within 24 hours.
